Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct.

Shipping

Expect shipping delays.

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 5-9 business days.

Gents & Brutes is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service.

Exceptions

Please email us at weare@gentsandbrutes.com with your order number, and a photo of item as soon as item is received. Once approved we will be more than happy to remedy issues.
